We had a wonderful stay at the Little Boat House Villa! The attention to detail in the decor and preparation of the property was impeccable. The view from the back patio doors was breathtaking. The location was quiet and easy to find, and the house was spotless upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by the ample space for our family of four. The proximity to Harlech Castle, the beach, and other attractions made it a convenient base for exploring the area. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch and playtime at the nearby Oakeley Arms Hotel. The surrounding beauty of Ynys Island, Portmeirion, Snowdon, and Harlech added to the charm of our stay.
One slight disappointment was the check-out instructions requiring us to remove the bedding, which we had never been asked to do before in our travels. Additionally, the address listed on Google maps took us to a different village with no network coverage, causing some confusion and inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely place. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was exceptional, even for someone like me who is quite fussy about cleanliness. The beds were super cozy and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and even provided a warm welcome with cake - such a sweet touch!
The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the breakfast options were a bit more varied.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast options available.
